Ordering
If you would like to order your stationery from Little Gems there are a number of ways you can do this.
Online
You can order directly from our website by selecting the items you require and adding them to your basket. We will take basic information from you and once your order has been placed we will send you additional information forms (depending on what you have ordered) so we can obtain the rest of the information needed to complete your stationery. You will be asked to make full payment for your items at the time of ordering. We always send a final proof out before making any stationery to ensure you are fully happy with the wording and colours before we make your order.
By Post
If you would like to pay by cheque or spread the cost of your stationery you can download our order form and send your order by post. We will then ask you for the additional information needed for your stationery or you can also print off the forms for this below and attach them with your order if you prefer. The blank form can be used for your order of service cards, additional inserts (e.g. venue information) or for your place cards, favours or seating plans. We ask for a 50% deposit for stationery, with the exception of orders required within 6 weeks or under £100. We will send a final proof out before making any stationery to ensure you are fully happy with the wording and colours before we make your order. The remaining balance will then be due once your stationery has been completed. No orders will be sent without full payment being received.
By Telephone
If you would like to place your order by telephone, please call 0115 927 0564 with the details of the items you require. You can make payment over the phone and we accept all major credit and debit cards.
